Adelpha’s lending is primarily sourced from introducers such as brokers and packagers, financial advisers, accountants, solicitors, estate agents, banks and auctioneers. Adelpha values introducers and is committed to developing further successful long term partnerships with introducers and their clients.
Adelpha recognises that there is often a special relationship between an introducer and their clients. As such, Adelpha offers a blended service, whereby the introducer retains control of the client and the communication with them while Adelpha does all the work of processing the application and, where applicable, instructing valuations and legals. Introducers are kept updated throughout the lending process by a dedicated account manager. Decisions are made quickly with Adelpha going the extra mile to get the deal done. Adelpha may require a meeting with a potential borrower to understand them and their business or project in more detail which the introducer has the option of attending. Adelpha will not approach an introducer’s borrowers to cross-sell other products or services.
Adelpha pays a generous commission to introducers with the option to add their own broker fee on most loans. Commissions are paid promptly after a loan is completed.
