What if I cannot make a payment?
We are a responsible funder at all times, and provide loans only to businesses deemed able to repay. However, we recognise that sometimes our customers find their situation changes or they are struggling to repay. In such circumstances, the most important thing is to speak to your account manager on 02071128123 who will work with you to find a way forward.
Can you provide funding if my credit history is less than perfect?
Yes. We consider each application on an individual basis and assess if a Business Cash Advance is right for your business based on its individual circumstances and outlook - not just your credit history. We are committed to acting responsibly, so we urge you to think carefully about financial products for your business and seek appropriate advice when making decisions.
I already have business funding through Adelpha, can I apply for more?
Yes, we will consider more funding provided you have met your payments on time and your business continues to perform. As we already have your details, it is an even simpler and shorter process. You may need to provide updated bank statement or other documents before we fund more. Contact your account manager to discuss your further funding needs.
What is a personal guarantee and how does it work?
You should take legal advice if you have any concerns or questions about the terms of your personal guarantee. The guarantee is a promise to pay all your company's liabilities to Adelpha up to the value of the funding provided, meaning that if your company misses a payment, the guarantor may be required to repay the company's funding in full. Given we deal with small businesses in which the owners have a personal stake and believe in their success, providing a personal guarantee should not be a problem.
Do you partner with brokers and other introducers?
Yes. We offer competitive commission fees. Brokers find it easy to work with Adelpha.
